Group boat trips are per adult, with lower child rates and infants free. Private speedboats are per boat: EUR 130 covers up to 8 guests, plus a EUR 10 per person island entrance fee on the trips that land on an island. Private boats are per trip, one flat price for the whole boat for the day.
No. We hold one transparent price all year. The only seasonal change is that the cooler December–February window sometimes drops dolphin or dugong reliability, never the trip price.
Yes. On the group boats, children 4 to 11 pay a reduced rate shown on each trip page (on the Orange Bay day trip it is EUR 15 against EUR 25 for an adult). Infants under 4 travel free. The private speedboats are priced per boat, so a child adds nothing beyond the island entrance fee where it applies.
Pay on arrival in cash on board, online card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), or PayPal. No card needed at reservation time.
Tips for the crew (optional, 10–15% is customary), private upgrades on shared boats, and any add-on activities like a sea-doo session at Orange Bay. Every trip page lists optional add-ons clearly with their separate prices.
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip start time, full refund. Within 24 hours, the booking becomes non-refundable because we've already loaded supplies and confirmed boats.
