How much earlier do I arrive on the speedboat?
About 25 minutes faster outbound and the same on return, so you gain almost an hour of useful time on the sandbar. With low tide windows of only three hours, that extra hour matters.
How many guests on the private speedboat?
Cap of 8 to 12, depending on the hull we run that morning. Couples or two-family bookings of 6 to 8 are the sweet spot, no fin queue, no fight for sandbar space.
Is the speedboat ride safe in the open water?
Yes, the route stays inside the reef line, which buffers the swell. We carry a marine radio, twin engines, a full first-aid kit, and the captain calls in every 45 minutes to base. We cancel rather than push through real rough weather.
Can I bring a drone for the sandbar shots?
Yes, the Red Sea coast is drone-friendly outside the airport zones, and Hula Hula is far enough out. Bring extra batteries, the breeze is constant and pulls battery faster than you expect.
