It was unforgetable experience for us. We could really watch group of dolphins in wild nature far away from shore. But it is very favorite site for tourist. Unfortunately this place is overcrowded of the tourists often. At that time when we have been there 4 cruises full of the people with us as well.

Reef is very cool, but be ready that here is a lot of people, it’s not a swimming with dolphins, it’s more kind like hunting to see them. I’ve got luck and saw about 15 dolphins on 1,5m below me, it’s really very cool and beautiful, but it was for 2 minutes max. You need to be physically good to be able to jump out from the boat and swim fast chasing them. Of course, it’s a big chance that you will not see any, but they’re wild and no surprises about that.

Not as much colorful as in the previous years, it seems that some of the corals and fish are dying out. Also the chance to see dolphins is definitely not 100 % percent, but more like 65-75 % to be honest. The fish in along the coral reefs are interesting, but nothing totally new to be honest.

Guides on trip boats usually show you a video which is several weeks old, while saying its from yesterday. I would appreciate the honesty in the first place.

But overall interesting experience, saw the dolphins only after 5 hours on the way back from the ship.

They yelled at me and warned me not to go into the sea to swim with them, but thank God the dolphins didn't let me down because I was really scared when I saw them coming towards me in the sea. Overall, it was one of the best experiences of my life. Don't worry about going into the sea. The last place we visited on our diving trip was in Quseir and Marsa Alam. It was more enjoyable and had more places than our diving trip in South Sinai. Marsa Alam is a very large country, and I never imagined it would be like this. For me, it was limited to its tourist villages, most of which are close to Quseir. However, I discovered that the further we go down, the more beautiful places there are that are worth visiting. However, the distances between these places are so large that it's not possible to travel alone. There are also no facilities or hotels, only campsites and diving centers.

I highly recommend the excursion to Sataya, a truly unforgettable experience unlike any aquarium or other similar activity. It's not just about seeing dolphins, but about experiencing authentic contact with them in their natural habitat.
The day began with departure from the port, where we boarded a comfortable boat ready to accompany us on this adventure. After about two hours of sailing through open seas and breathtaking views, we reached the beautiful, protected bay of Sataya, a true paradise immersed in crystal-clear waters.
Once there, the team had us board the inflatable boats to get up close to the dolphins in a safe and respectful manner. Seeing them swimming freely in groups was thrilling even from the boat, but the most anticipated moment was still ahead of us: our first swim with the dolphins. Entering the water and finding yourself surrounded by these wonderful animals, hearing them swim alongside you, is something magical that you won't forget.
After this unique experience, we returned to the boat to enjoy a delicious lunch on board, overlooking the sea and in a relaxed atmosphere. Then it was time for the second dive, which allowed us to relive that extraordinary emotion, perhaps with even more confidence and tranquility.
The afternoon continued with moments of leisure and relaxation on the boat, enjoying the sun, chatting, and the sea surrounding us, until we returned to the port, with images in our eyes and hearts that will remain forever.
If you love the sea and animals, this is an experience you absolutely can't miss: swimming with dolphins in the wild is something that will change you inside.

Absolutely amazing! We saw multiple groups of dolphins, must have been 100+!

Please respect the environment.

Big disclaimer, although chances are high you'll encounter dolphins, it is not guaranteed.
