By booking a tour or using our website Schnorcheln in Ägypten, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings can be made online through our website or partner platforms.

• A booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us.

• Customers must provide accurate details such as full name, hotel, and contact number.

2. Prices & Payments

• All prices are listed in [EUR / USD / EGP] unless otherwise stated.

• Prices include the services specified in the product description (boat trip, snorkeling equipment, transfers, meals where applicable).

• Payments are processed securely through our online booking system or agreed payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Kundenstornierungen:

  • Mehr als 48 Stunden vor Reiseantritt: Volle Rückerstattung.

  • Weniger als 48 Stunden vor Reiseantritt: Rückerstattung gemäß 50%.

  • Bei Nichterscheinen oder wenn die Reise weniger als 24 Stunden vorher angetreten wird, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

• Stornierungen durch den Betreiber:

  • Falls wir die Veranstaltung aus wetterbedingten, sicherheitsrelevanten oder betrieblichen Gründen absagen müssen, erhalten Sie eine vollständige Rückerstattung oder die Möglichkeit, einen neuen Termin zu vereinbaren.

4. Transfers & Pickup

• Standard hotel pickups are included from Hurghada city (for Hurghada trips).

• Extra charges may apply for hotels outside the city (Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna, etc.).

• Customers must be ready at the pickup point on time. Delays may result in missed trips without refund.

5. Health & Safety

• All guests must follow the instructions of the crew and guides.

• Customers should inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues before booking.

• Snorkeling participants should be able to swim or must use life jackets provided.

• Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

6. Liability

• Egypt Snorkeling is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings during trips.

• Participation in water activities is at your own risk. We ensure safety measures, but the sea environment may present natural risks.

• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Itinerary

• Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, sea currents, or safety regulations.

• Alternative snorkeling spots or islands may be offered in such cases.

8. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all participants carry personal travel insurance that covers water activities.
